Customer Support Groups

Give each Telegram-based project the ability to link a topic-based group (a supergroup) as a “support group“. This will then be used as the place where the project owner can respond to their customer inquiries.

When an end customer sends a non-command text input (something that doesn’t start with “/“) it is treated as a customer support request automatically, and it’s posted under it’s own topic (a thread if you will) under the customer name at this support group. The project owner then can see all these seperate topics and choose to respond under each topic, and those responses will be forwarded to the respective end customer and the conversation will be maintained.
