Public Portal Pages

Allow user’s customers to second way of managing their subscriptions/memberships by having standalone mini web apps named “Portals“ for each of the project. Allow the user to customize it with a project image, banner image and also have a customized username/handle. Ultimate goal for the portal page would be to give the customers an additional way to purchase, manage their subscriptions/memberships and also to have the fiat currency based packages listed on it while native currency-based (e.g. Telegram Stars) packages listed on the bot itself.
