End Customer Recovery Options

Add a new functionality into the existing public portal pages to link/unlink user accounts from subscriber accounts. This would come in handy when a customer’s Telegram account is banned from using the Telegram, and he/she want to assign the existing subscriptions into a new Telegram account.
